SPAGHETTI TOWER BLOG:

Recorded height: Our tower came out to be 81 centimeters tall.
Like/Dislike about the design: What I like about our current design is that it's strong enough to stand on its own. What I dislike about it is that it was only a centimeter above the requirement and I feel that we could have made it much higher and stronger.
Biggest challenge: The biggest challenge we faced was probably getting the base of the tower to be strong enough to hold up the rest of the tower on top of it.
Redesigning the tower: If I had a chance to redesign the tower I would use more sticks and tape to make the base of the tower stronger so that we could add more to the top and make it taller.

                                                                   Self Evaluation

1. I personally felt excited while doing this project because it was fun and unpredictable. No, I never felt the urge to give up because it was fun and we were trying to make our tower taller than other people's.
2. It was pretty similar to a couple other towers in the room because I think we all had similar ideas on the base of the tower. For Example: a cube type base with other pieces supporting it.
3. If I could add another material to the mix it  would probably be copper wire so that you can make the pieces of spaghetti stronger.
4. My contribution to the group was building the tower and making it taller than 80 centimeters.
 19 pieces of straw = 190$
 8 pieces of marshmallow = 16$
 11 inches of tape = 110$
 Total amount spent = 316$
